Out Site Agreement in PlainSpeak

If you're like us, you didn't read the Site Agreement, all five pages, when you registered at TheBoutons. But you did agree to the "fine print" when you joined, so please peruse the following, brief agreement in PlainSpeak:


The content on this site, files, images, text, and all other stuff, is provided as is. We’ve tried very hard to be accurate, but if there's errata, we're sorry but we're not responsible for any problems, damages, or in inconvenience you may have. If you do have any problems with our site, we are very sorry. Drop us an email addressed to
info at theboutons.com and let us know so we can try to correct the problem.

This is what’s called these days a “Family Site”. This doesn’t mean Pat Boone music and a glass of milk; it simply means conduct needs to be civil, positive in tone, non sexist, non-racist, tolerant of the views of others (including novices), and we don’t get into religious views. The Boutons feel there are enough “dark” sites on the Web, so try to stay away from posting depressing stuff that has no enlightening content, like war, torture, Poser renders of dominatrix characters, medieval weapons, and other adolescent, trite material.

SPAM and other solicitations will be promptly removed. Members who violate “the rules” will be banned from the boards without warning or notice.

The Boutons believe you deserve a stroll in the park, as it were, without the litter, muggers, and animal waste. Enjoy!
