Bitmap Editing

I am having problems opening photopaint from the Draw application.
I used to select an image, click on "Edit bitmap" in the top bar and the image would open in Photopaint. Now when I try this, the image opens in a new copy of Draw X3 and not in photopaint.

I have tried other files and the problem is the same. I also tried pressing F8 while launching X3 and have reset the workspace to factory defaults. Still no luck.

Any idea what's wrong?

Sorry, but I really have no idea why you can't launch Photo-Paint from within CorelDraw. However, you can save a bitmap form CorelDraw and then open Photo-Paint without the internal launching jazz...and then open and edit the bitmap directly in Photo-Paint.
