I've done this in the past on PSG, and now it's time to do it on PDF.

This is the Sixth Annual Pumpkin Carving Competition. Style presides over accuracy, and humor presides over style!

Download the image below and get to carving in your favorite graphics application. There's some example faces attached, too, in case you want to work more on dimensionality than the design . 

Get inspired! Do a pumkin with an emoticon. Use a photo of yourself, anything goes!

I want to thank Diana Lee at Maxon for Cinema 4D, an astounding modeling/rendering application I used to create the pumpkin scene--it was easier than it appears, mostly due to C4D's robust features.

The contest closes October 30th and for first prize, I'll actually go to the post office and mail you some candy corn.

Well, I missed the due date on this one but I wanted to add my carved pumpkin from this Halloween eve anyway.  I used your pumpkin, Gare!

I did a Special Edition Pixie Award for the occasion. As far as my promised candy corn prize, I'm a man of my word and fortunately Hallowe'en candy is severley discounted the day after at stores (!), so expect a parcel real soon !
